Advocare 10 Day Cleanse - Day 2

It's Day 2 & I feel good. Ate on point yesterday and plan to the rest of the time....it's good to plan! In order to succeed with this cleanse, you must plan ahead and have all the right foods on hand or your setting yourself up for failure. 

Today's food will consist of the following:

Breakfast:
Fiber Drink
Sweet potato hash, sausage & whole wheat toast

Lunch will be out since I'm headed to do some shopping so I plan on stopping by Chipotle and grabbing a bowl with brown rice, chicken, greens & salsa
Dinner the husband is cooking so it'll be some sort of protein & veggie.

I didn't work out yesterday but I plan on heading to Attack today for a good sweat session. I'll take 3 Catalyst before that workout!

End the night with the herbal tablets & I'm off to sleep.
