I had such a great week & weekend and it shows, 192 is what I saw on the scale this morning. That over 3lbs lost!!! Getting closer to the 180's. This week I really paid attention to my food as well as worked out 5 days this week.
So looking ahead this week, it's going to pretty much be the same workout schedule & I am going to make sure to watch my food as well cause I am really looking forward to more pounds lost!! I have not been this low is such a long time. I'll leave you with a pic after Karem & I completed the Step & Pump Launch on sat, fun times.
