So over the course of this month I have been adding Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred to make workout regimen. I did not do it for 30days in a row but my results were still good. Keep in mind I was also working out regularly & watching what I ate, as much as possible ;).
So my starting stats were:
Arms: 11.5" -1
Chest: 42" -1
Waist: 37.5" -2.5
Hips: 47.5" -2.5
Weight: 193lbs -5.2
So that's a total loss of 7" & 5.2lbs. I am pretty happy with the results & I am defintely more toned. I would recommend this dvd to anyone wanting to try something new or maybe get over a plateau which is what I was trying to do.
I have 3 days left to lose these 3lbs so I can be in the 180's, here is to hoping!!!!!
