Advocare 10 Day Cleanse Results!!!

10 Days ago I started the Advocare 10 Day Cleanse. First, let me tell you I've done a ton of cleanses in my life....from all different companies. Some I found hard to complete or even purchase. Others just didn't do much....

When I started all these cleanses I was looking for a quick fix....well, I'm here to tell ya, they don't exist! So as I've gotten fitter and more informed, I've figured out  what cleanses are actually for..... Cleansing! Haha.......I know, pretty obvious but there are a lot of people out there that really don't understand that's what they're for. Sure they can help you lose some poundage, inches, but they also cleanse the system which was my ultimate goal.

So for 10 days you drink a Fiber Drink packet, take an Herbal Cleanse 3pill pack & a Pro biotic Capsule. You alternate when you take them so your not taking everything, everyday. Along the way you cut out dairy, sugar & white carbs. You really try to focus on eating as fresh & clean as possible which if I did everyday, I would lose the weight without the cleanse...but again, not the reason I did this.
I was just on vacay and after a month of birthdays & other things, my food was slacking for sure. So I thought, let's cleanse my system and start fresh! I also bought the Catalyst supplement. I love this and the muscle definition it has given me! I will keep up with this for sure.

I can definitely see a difference in my belly & shoulders

My Starting Stats
Weight: 181.4lbs

Inches Total (arm, chest, shoulders, hips, wait & legs): 189.5"

My Ending Stats
Weight:179.4lbs   -2lbs

Inches Total: 182.75" -6.75" Almost 7" in days!!!! I'll take that!!

Pros:
Very affordable! Less than $40 even with the 2 day shipping I got.
Easy to follow.
Didn't make me run to the bathroom kinda cleanse, it was gentle on the stomach.
It made me regular (yes, tmi).

Cons:
The only con I could see is like I said above....realistically, if I just cut out all the stuff they make you and ate as clean as possible, I could probably do it without the cleanse kit.

I didn't eat 100% clean like I was supposed to, I would say I was at about a 70%, which is pretty good for me considering who I live with! I did workout, which isn't required during this cleanse. I did my usual hour a day, 8 out of the 10 days.

I plan on doing this cleanse again when the kids go back to school. I think with 2 of them gone for most of the day I will be able to stay on track better. Like all things, you have to give 100% to see 100% results....I didn't put that into this so I didn't see the results I had hoped...but I do feel better, less bloated, cravings are down and I've become more aware of how much dairy I eat and will take it easy (I noticed that too much of it does bother with my stomach). I give this cleanse an A! I say, try it out....definitely look into the Catalyst.
