I've been out of sorts for a while...ever since my Key West trip and then my 2 week long lymphatic infection, I've been off my game. Not in the mood to workout, definitely not in the mood to eat right...it's been hard. To top it off, my sister is renewing her vows and ask me to be apart of the process....pretty much I'm helping with everything...which is fine, I love it....but with cooking, diy projects and family coming into town, the most important person in my journey has fell to the side....Me.
Have you ever thought about yourself as the most important? A person of value?
I didn't for a long time, and honestly, still find it hard to put myself first...I mean, I have 3 kids, a husband, a house...it's a lot to juggle let alone remember to make myself workout & eat right. But this journey of mine is important to me. It's something I've always wanted but never succeeded in seeing through. So now, more than ever, I have to put ME first.
Say that to yourself.....Put Me First.
You need to do it and I need to take my own advice....I'm worth it, Your worth it.
And just because I've been slacking, it doesn't mean I've ruined all my hard work up until this point. It just means that since I've maintaining, it's just gonna take me a little longer to get to my end goal....and as long as I'm moving forward, that's all that matters.
