Some Healthy & Not So Healthy but F'n delicious recipes

I'm italian so I practically bleed marinara sauce and I absolutely looovvveee stuffed shells, but they aren't exactly figure friendly...until now bitches!
So what you do is, take your pasta shells and cook till slightly soft then drain and cool. The mixture inside is usually a bunch of cheese & egg & fat so I lightened it up a bit by using sweet italian sausage! You start by browning the sausage out of the casings, add some diced onions, shredded carrots, frozen spinach (thawed), italian seasonings to taste & a little light riccota cheese to bind everything together. Stuff this mixture into your shells & bake at 350' for 40minutes ~ Delicious! I will be making these tomorrow night for dinner.
The next recipe is the not so healthy but freaking awesome! They are called Slutty Brownies & thats because they are oh-so naughty! You take chocolate chip cookie mix and make as directed then squish it into the bottom of a wax paper lined pan then line the cookie dough with double stuff oreos, you should be able to get 4 down & 4 across. Then cover with brownie mix and bake at 350' for 30min. Cool in the pan for about 15min then lift out and cut...they are so gooey & awesome is probably the best word and no, I have no idea how many calories they have nor do I care...
