So, if your like me I gotta have a plan...especially with 3 kids. I've been working out & have met friends that encourage me & motivate me to get my ass in the gym but where I lack is in the food department. I have my moments where I am on f@#%king point! God, I wish I was like that all the time!!!! But, alas, I am a mother of 3 under 5 so I have times where I have a bad day or the kids have leftover nuggets ;-) and I don't do good with food....I also have a husband who can eat anything he wants (don't they all, bastards!)
All of these are excuses! Even as I sit and write this I am thinking, excuses Morgan! So I am getting a plan together. I am going to start planning my week of food along with my week of exercise. I have to remember and so do you, that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet or a quick fix & I hate to journal but if this is what I have to do for the rest of my life to get this weight off & keep it off then thats what my ass will do is write everything down, measure my brains out & exercise till I am falling over, now doesn't that sound like fun, lol
I am not weighing in this week cause I know what it will say & I don't want to get anymore in my head so don't expect a weigh in...I will however keep my head up & plan like a mother f@#%ker & will weigh in the following week & have a huge weight loss (fingers crossed)
