The Rules to Skinny

2 posts in 1 day...aren't ya'll special!!!! So I looovvvve me some Pinterest & some Bob Harper, so when I came upon these rules I thought they sounded pretty good! And when you actually read them they make sense. I'm going to try to implement these into my lifestyle...Here they are:

Bob Harper's Skinny Rules:
1.Drink a large glass of water before every meal!  
2.Don't drink your calories
3.Eat protein at every meal.
4.Eat 30-50 grams of fiber a day
5.Eat apples and berries EVERY day
6.Slash your intake of refined flours and grains
7.NO carbs AFTER lunch
8.Learn to read food labels
9.Stop guessing about portion sizes (measure!)
10.No more added sweeteners, including artificial ones (I think Bob thinks Truvia and Stevia is okay)
11.No white potatoes
12.Make one day a week meatless
13.No fast or fried food
14.Eat a REAL breakfast
15.Make your own food, eat out less, eat at least 10 meals a week at home
16.No high-salt foods
17.Eat your veggies!
18.Go to bed hungry
19.Sleep right
20.Plan ONE splurge meal a WEEK
