30 Day Challenge

Tomorrow starts my own 30 Day Challenge. No candy or junk, No white carbs, No carbs after 2, No eating after 7pm. Lots of Cardio & Weights. 30day shred dvd everyday along with my 45-60min exercise & teaching through the week. I will journal my progress here so please make sure you follow my blog so that you can view my progress. I am going to try to eat as clean as possible with the exception of my daily slimfast & occasional diet coke. I am going to take weekly measurements & post recipes I try & that are successful :)

Follow along & do it with me! We will start this new year off right & in a size 10....(for me anyways)

  1. I want to lose my baby pooch fat, but I don't know how. Any ideas??

  2. I've always heard that abs are made in the kitchen, meaning you really have to watch what you eat. Belly fat is the hardest to lose so lots & lots of cardio and eating right. You just have to put in the will take longer than you will want it to but don't give up
