Is hard..for me anyways. I am a mom of 3 so I don't put myself first...ever! So when I made up my mind to do my 30 Day Challenge, I also needed to change my thinking which is hard to do, so these first 5 days didn't go as planned...didn't workout all week except sunday am...I think I was still on an "I Quit" high and just plain refused to go...then I stumbled upon gingerbread cookies....yum, I could eat my weight in those bad boys...probably did actually. So this weight loss you speak of this week? Yeah, there isn't any but the bright side is that I think I have my head under control...you heard that right, head under control...now stop & think about that for a moment....When was the last time you did that? Did anything for yourself? As wives & moms we are always putting others ahead of ourselves and I think our heads just get so used to it, it becomes 2nd nature to skip a workout here and make some cookies & eat all of them there....
You have to get your head under control! Your not a bad mom or wife if you do this either....in fact, your a better mom for doing this. You will be healthier & happier and in turn have a happier home....I know, you know, this is what you have to do and hopefully this just reminded you to try again! We are all a work in progress...sometimes you just need a little push...

This week I have my workout schedule all lined up and I am taking 7 classes this week! Plus some running so I should see big numbers this week xxfingers crossedxx.
I follow another blog that I just love for motivation, it's Mama Laughlin. She is amazeballs and she actually has a retreat in June that I decided that I am going to...for myself, for once! Look into it...would love some company!

You have to get your head under control! Your not a bad mom or wife if you do this either....in fact, your a better mom for doing this. I have been exactly where you are! Stay strong and don't give up! I have 3 beautiful boys and I was like you. Never made any time for me. It took me a while to change that but once I did there was no stopping. Now it's like second nature and I find that I'm doing more little things for myself too. You can do this!!
