This was so delicious I will now be making big batches of this to eat a couple times a week, yum!
1lb Ground Turkey
1 can Chili Rotel
1/4c Frozen chopped onions & peppers
1/4 Sweet baby ray's bbq sauce
2tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1/4 Chedder cheese
Baked Sweet or White Potato
Brown the onions, peppers & ground turkey. Add the sauce and simmer for 5-10min or until thick.
Spoon over cooked potato and top with cheese
I added a little greek yogurt to the top of mine too....
The mixture should make enough for 6 full sized potatoes and it's only 186cals per person for the mixture. Just remember to count the cals for the potato.
