Finally headed to the gym today! Attack on Sundays are my favorite. Hopefully the gym wont be too crowded with all the resolutioner's. After 3 days of cleansing and not eating a whole lot, I didn't have nearly as much energy as I usually do but I gave it as much as I could....
Today is simple, probiotic capsules in the am before breakfast & herbal cleanse tablets before bed. This will be the next 4 days so I'll probably wait to update you again till then. Just stay plugged into Instagram & the Facebook page where I will post pics of my food.
Breakfast today, is splurged & had a Quest bar (white chocolate raspberry) I just don't have anything portable that fits within the cleanse guidelines and one does not Attack on an empty stomach.
Lunch was meat & cheese roll ups
Dinner is set to be grilled chicken & some sides the hubs is whipping up....
Kids are back to school tomorrow, hallelujah! They have been home for too long...this momma needs a break and her house to not be destroyed everyday....

The scale never moves for me but I also drop inches. Did you measure yourself?

DeleteAre Quest bars ok to eat with the Advocare 10 day cleanse? I have been looking for an answer. They're very clean, so I think they are...but I'm not sure.
ReplyDeleteI think it's different for everyone. I think they have sugar so that would make them a no, but with an Attack class, I had to have some sort of fullness to do it. So I thought it was the better thing to have.
