Advocare 10 Day Cleanse - Day 4

I weighed myself this morning to see how I had done after the three days with the fiber drink and I've lost....ready for it? 1 1/2lbs, ugh...This is exactly why don't do this cleanse for weight loss. It may work for other people this way but for me, I have to exercise my butt off in order to lose pounds regardless of how I eat. I don't know why, this is just the formula that I figured out over the course of the last few years. I'm sure I've lost inches already but I won't re-measure until after I'm done so until then I just gonna have to stick it out. 

Finally headed to the gym today! Attack on Sundays are my favorite. Hopefully the gym wont be too crowded with all the resolutioner's. After 3 days of cleansing and not eating a whole lot, I didn't have nearly as much energy as I usually do but I gave it as much as I could....

Today is simple, probiotic capsules in the am before breakfast & herbal cleanse tablets before bed. This will be the next 4 days so I'll probably wait to update you again till then. Just stay plugged into Instagram & the Facebook page where I will post pics of my food.

Breakfast today, is splurged & had a Quest bar (white chocolate raspberry) I just don't have anything portable that fits within the cleanse guidelines and one does not Attack on an empty stomach.
Lunch was meat & cheese roll ups 
Dinner is set to be grilled chicken & some sides the hubs is whipping up....

Kids are back to school tomorrow, hallelujah! They have been home for too long...this momma needs a break and her house to not be destroyed everyday....

  1. The scale never moves for me but I also drop inches. Did you measure yourself?

  2. Are Quest bars ok to eat with the Advocare 10 day cleanse? I have been looking for an answer. They're very clean, so I think they are...but I'm not sure.

    1. I think it's different for everyone. I think they have sugar so that would make them a no, but with an Attack class, I had to have some sort of fullness to do it. So I thought it was the better thing to have.
