Asian Lettuce Wraps

I told ya'll I was gonna come up with something delicious with Ground Turkey Breast....cause well, the hubby hates it ( yeah, he's nuts.....) so, I bounced around a few ideas until I realized I was craving me some lettuce wraps....mmmmm, PF. Changs are the best and although not crazy in calories, they are loaded with sodium, which let me tell you, is not a help in the weight loss department, for me anyways....so I came up with these bad boys and they were soooooo yummy! I even made a big batch to have for lunches and things along the week!

Asian Lettuce Wraps
Serves 6

1pkg Jenni-O Ground Turkey Breast
1 can of Whole Water chestnuts
3 Green Onions
1 cup Shredded Carrots
2Tbsp Hoisin Sauce (low sodium version)
2Tbsp Soy Sauce (low sodium version)

Saute veggies on med-high then add the ground turkey breast. Saute till cooked through and add the sauces. Cook for another 2-3min then serve on a piece of iceberg lettuce.

Enjoy!

Super easy and at only just 145cals per serving and half the sodium as the restaurant ones, you can indulge a bit and have 2, I did! I also had mine with some strawberries to sweeten the deal....You could also had a bunch more veggies, this is all I just cared to add...
